The Conference

The Conference Two days International Conference on “Transforming IDEAS (Inter-Disciplinary Exchanges, Analysis and Search) into Viable Solutions (IDEAS - 2019)” focuses on collective and collaborative efforts towards global issues of concern. This involves a manifest endeavor towards breaking disciplinary boundaries and making the research walls permeable. The conference is not intended to be a mere intellectual arm-chaired exercise but a methodical and efficient effort towards looking out for solutions to resolve issues of global concern.
VIPS is overwhelmed to share its collaboration with Jamia Millia Islamia University for the upcoming conference. The analysis of the various sub-themes is designed to build connect with multiple stake-holders and invite participation with productive inputs and generate suggestive outputs. OBJECTIVES

With an objective to unlearn the learnt and rethink the theorized, we encourage close academic encounters, fusion of scholarships and papers questioning the existent structures. The conference aims at creating an international platform for discussion on Inter-Disciplinary Exchanges, Analysis and Search for viable solutions.

Recent transformations in our country and across the globe have made it clear that the only mode of growth is productive exchanges amongst the different stakeholders, which this conference aims at fulfilling. Through this conference, the various stakeholders would merge on one platform to appreciate the plurality generated through globalization and also the interdependence and resulting dynamics which pours out of the given heterogeneity

With an objective to explore the nuances associated with the conscious inducement of new forms of technologies, conceptual and empirical submissions, not specifically catering to the above specified sub-themes, but falling within broad domain of the main theme are encouraged.

OUTCOME

Inter-disciplinary exchanges encourage highly creative approaches to research, generate new theoretical directions, innovative methods and provide original solutions to complexities. This interdisciplinary collaboration has the potential to generate new thinking and transform the way that researchers consider their own work. This can be tremendously exciting and academically, professionally and socially rewarding.

Concept Note

"Transforming IDEAS (Inter-Disciplinary Exchanges, Analysis and Search) into Viable Solution"

Research is fragmented along various cross-cutting perspective disagreements, including substantive area of interest, particular research question and favored methodology. Too often, we have forgone productive exchanges across those boundaries as scholars focused on our own close-knit intellectual communities and ignored, or viewed with wary skepticism, the efforts of those working on related issues but on the other side of one of the divides.

VIPS extends an invite to all the academia and stakeholders towards making the academic scholarship inter-disciplinary. We believe that a holistic perspective is the only essential tool for understanding and involving versatile disciplinary approaches relating to overlapping areas of social, media, legal, ethical, economic, management, information technology and even semiotic scholarships.

We look forward to have a dynamic discussion transcending the beaten path, opening arenas of thought and analysis through an amalgamation of experiences, ideas, interventions, reflections and academic practices. The objective of the conference is to appreciate the plurality generated through globalization and also the inter-dependence and resulting dynamics which pours out of the given heterogeneity. The conference explores the nuances associated with the conscious inducement of new forms of artificially devised intelligence despite a simultaneous dehumanization, disenchantment and scripted everyday interactions leading to societal corrosion. The conference also breaks into seemingly vast intellectual canvas which however can be reduced to overlapping concepts and ideas representing a marvelous collage of academic thought processes on family, gender discriminations, digitalized invasions, black letter law, inundating media, artificial intelligence and complexity of corporate ethics.

This international conference aims at an effective collaboration across the disciplines and a critical evaluation of the existing legal regimes & policies across the geographical boundaries and the emerging suggestions & reforms therein. Our aim is to build transformative knowledge communities and provide platforms for meaningful and engaging interactions across diverse disciplines
